Packard Bell

Social Media Marketing

Meet one of our newest clients: personal computer hardware brand, Packard Bell. As their social media marketing agency, our strategy shifts away from technical jargon and leans into relatable, everyday tech moments. A combination of hook-led video, UGC and influencer marketing helps Packard Bell communicate new product education, drive sales and build a social community.

We introduced new content pillars that speak to different life stages including parents, creators, students and entrepreneurs. Productivity hacks, throwback trivia, and interactive campaigns help the brand feel fresh and accessible.

The result? A brand once known for the family PC is now back on the mood boards of digital natives. Our TikTok launch sparked conversations and conversions, driving 4,500 new followers in just one month. What began as a nostalgic name is now being reintroduced as an affordable, relevant, and future-focused technology staple for the next generation of makers and doers.

Community Activations

MOOD launched the Packard Bell Daytona smartphone through a community-led scavenger hunt across Cape Town. To boost brand awareness and social engagement, creators captured real-time lifestyle content showcasing the phone’s design, camera, and everyday functionality across Instagram and TikTok. Partner venues like Zuney Wagyu Burger Bar added an experiential lifestyle element to the campaign.

And the results? The activation produced 84 pieces of content, reached an estimated 279.56K people, generated 152.67K video views, and delivered R1.02M in Earned Media Value, with Reels and short-form video emerging as the top-performing formats.
